Eat more fish will become smarter?

That’s half the answer. In fish, Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, mainly EPA and DHA, are the most helpful nutrients for brain function. About 35% of the lipids in our brain are composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are responsible for controlling brain neurotransmission in the outer layer of brain cells and are important for brain development and function. The intake of fatty acids in partial eclipses and modern diets is generally insufficient, which may affect learning, reading and writing, and concentration.

DHA and EPA are Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, while GLA is a special Omega-6 essential fatty acid in its structure. The human body cannot synthesize EPA, DHA and GLA on its own, so it must be absorbed from food or nutritional supplements.

Fish Oil is not Cod Liver Oil
